Chicken

Hey there,
This week menu would be chicken,
My creation dish is Roasted chicken stuffed with spinach and blue cheese accompanied by oven dried tomato,roasted pumpkin roasted zuchinni and risotto.
The sauce I've tried to make this time is actually Lemon herb sauce, my first time doing it.
Didn't work that well though at least I took risk.

So the chef commented:
Taste of chicken is good,
Oven dried tomato just nice,
The sauce/ Dressing is too sour and the zest is too coarse.
Risotto a little too creamy..

Overall I think i didn't perform that well for this service..lol
Guess I'll do better next time.

Lamb

The main course for this week is lamb,
I've tried to cook lamb before but this time I try to make my own yoghurt sauce.
Which work pretty well for me..

Chef commented that the sauce is nice,
Presentation idea is good but if there's another different colour would be good.
Marination on lamb is good but could at a little more flavour.

In overall I'm satisfied with what I've done for this class,
Hope that the next menu which is chicken I can improve..
