Menu Week 1 : Fishy week!!!

Bonjour!
finally after so long this is the post for the first menu given to us..

its Poisson which is Fish,..not poison okay..poisson in fish in French,
So each week we'll be given few choice of side dishes to do as well to accompany the main item, so as for mine I have chosen cherry tomatoes and cooked it oven dried,some carrots, and did potato Lyonnais to accompany my pan-fried fish..

The comment from the chef for mine was,,haha

Portioning too big,
Don't hide the food items (in this case the carrots)
